Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post or courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
